So this guy who got killed was in the damn road. I hate stories like this. Yeah, Dante was on the road drunk and maybe high and that's definitely wrong. What I hate is how people don't obey traffic laws and pedestrian laws. If I hit an idiot who's jaywalking, it may not be my fault legally, but I'm still going to be that guy who mowed down a pedestrian because that's how the uninformed public views events like this. Pedestrian laws protect the pedestrians and the drivers.
